Energetically YOU is all about helping individuals have the tools available to them to create stillness and inner peace even in the midst of life chaos. Doesn’t that sound lovely? 

Hear me out, I’m not saying your life is gonna be rainbows 🌈  and unicorns 🦄 everyday, all day, but what I am saying is when we make positive intentional shifts in our energy we can change our lives.

Some of my biggest “why me?” moments in life have shaped me into the woman I am today. Just a few short years ago, I was in a very different energy space. I had neglected aspects of my health and it showed up in a big way. I have been on a journey to holistically heal myself since then. I’m excited to share as much helpful information as I can with the world. Helping others begin to see their “why me?” moments as “thank you God” moments ignites my soul.

My work is grounded in helping you understand your health at both the scientific and energetic level. As a Certified Functional and Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, Health Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, and trained Mindfulness and Chakra Balancing practitioner, I take a whole-person approach to healing. Using tools like the ZYTO Bioscan, I help identify the nutritional, lifestyle, and energetic shifts your body needs to function optimally.
